We had our basement treated. The team was very punctual, helpful and conscientious. The premises were left very clean after the team's visit. The work met our expectations. We are very satisfied. However, customer relations and the administration of the work were catastrophic. It took several letters and telephone calls to receive a correct final bill from them. It is regrettable that it is up to the customer to claim payment for the balance of the work, and that there is such a lack of communication both internally and in response to customer correspondence.
