The problem of infiltration, flooding and saltpetre

Infiltration and flooding

Some signs of moisture are easier to detect than others, and seepage and flooding are among them. They are also the most alarming.

Water infiltration can manifest itself in different forms. It is generally rainwater that seeps down the walls, soaking all or part of a wall, but also through the roof and under the paving. In all cases, it is essential to take a seepage seriously as soon as possible to avoid the stage of flooding and be able to treat the cause of the problem.
