How does the Murprotec diagnosis work?
Currently on offer, the Murprotec diagnostic is composed of six essential steps. They serve to identify the exact source of your problem based on the symptoms observed. According to our experience, in 15% of cases, the humidity problem is too advanced to be treated. We only intervene in the 85% of cases where a group of experts can effectively solve the situation. This is why our work is fully guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: ALL RESIDENTS MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE VISIT
The diagnosis is therefore an essential step in the Murprotec process. In order for it to be as reliable as possible, we ask that all the inhabitants of the house or apartment in question be present and available when our experts visit.
We gather as much information as possible about the symptoms experienced and observed by everyone, including the children. Indeed, the symptoms can be obvious, notably of material deterioration - traces of mold, blistered paint, etc. - but also less obvious - breathing problems, skin rashes, etc. In addition, everyone has a unique experience of different rooms in the home. This is why it is necessary that all inhabitants are present during our visit, which lasts as long as necessary, but usually between 60 and 120 minutes.
The six steps of the Murprotec diagnosis
1. Creation and opening of a dossier: type of house, year of construction, sector, etc.
2. Taking information on the reasons for the call.
3. Visit and full survey of the property in the presence of all its inhabitants.
4. In-depth examination of all humidity signs through specific evaluations.
5. Assessment of the diagnosis through the drafting of a detailed expert report.
6. Recommendation of definitive treatment solutions (if existing, otherwise redirection to another professional).
